Education Qualification

I hold a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) with 70.11% and a Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) in Cardio-Pulmonary with 57.70%, both from Govt. Physiotherapy College, Jamnagar. Additionally, I completed a Fellowship in Advanced Cardiac Physiotherapy at U.N. Mehta Institute of Cardiology and Research Center. I have also undertaken specialized training in yoga from the Gujarat State Yoga Board and participated in CPR and AED emergency response seminars organized by the Galaxy Heart Institute.

Research Area

My research work includes a postgraduate dissertation titled “A correlation of lumbar core muscle strength & endurance with pulmonary function test in sedentary young adults,” and an interventional fellowship study on the “Immediate effect of perioral stimulation on hemodynamics and lung compliance in mechanically ventilated pediatric patients with congenital heart disease.” I have also published an evidence-based study on the effect of physiotherapy treatment on exercise capacity in COPD patients, featured in the March 2020 issue of IJHSR.

General Information

Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Ganpat University – Institute of Physiotherapy, I previously worked as a Consultant Physiotherapist at Govt. Physiotherapy College, Jamnagar. I have hands-on experience in MICU, SICU, Pediatric and Neonatal ICUs, and specialized care in TB, COVID, and post-surgical rehabilitation. My professional strengths include strong communication, diagnostic, and decision-making skills. I have consistently ranked top in my academic years and have attended multiple national conferences and clinical workshops, managing over 40 patients daily during my fellowship.
